Teddy bear hat with ear
Feel free to sell any completed item made from this pattern!
Please do not sell pattern.
Hat size is 0-3 months depending on yarn used.
Supplies needed:
Small amounts of baby weigh yarn
F hook
Tapestry needle
Stitch Marker
Optional, ribbon for girl teddy hat
Terms used:
Ch 2
Sc= single crochet
Sc-dec = single crochet decrease
Slp st = slip stitch
This hat is really versatile. If you want a smaller hat, stop a row or two before row 11. Rows 1-10 are your increasing rows. If you want a bigger hat, turn row 11 into an increase row…. (2 sc, sc in next 10 sc)
If you want more of a brim to flip up, add on a few more rows.
The ears are adjustable also. I added on optional extra rows to adjust ears for bigger hats.
Hat and ears are working in one continuous spiral. Do not join row ends. Instead, use a stitch marker to mark each row end.
